Exchange City is a program by JUNIOR ACHIEVEMENT where fifth graders have a chance to run their own town for a day. This brochure was created to raise funding to build and operate Exchange City. Potential donors received what appeared to be a hand-made booklet from a child explaining the program and asking for a donation.
